We are getting prepared for planting at the 9&10 News gardens! We showed you how to assemble the soils in a new raised bed here and this week we are showing you how to reuse a raised bed.
Last fall we shut down the raised beds by removing most of the garden debris and adding a mix of DAIRY DOO and Healthy Garden fertilizer. They look like they are in good shape for this spring. There was some settling over the winter months, which is to be expected, so now we just have to top them off with the right soil. We will be planting flowers in this particular bed so we are using the organic and weed-free FlowerDoo 201. Check out the video to learn more!
